At Tiger Fight Academy, we understand that life can be unpredictable—whether it’s illness, holidays, or unexpected commitments. Here’s how we handle cancellations for both Personal Training sessions and classes to keep things fair for everyone and to support your fitness journey.
Illness & Health
If you’re unwell (including COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses), please let us know as soon as possible. we are happy to carry your session forward within the same month where possible. If our schedule is fully booked and we can’t fit in a reschedule, we’ll credit the session to the following month so you don’t lose it.
Holidays & Planned Absences
If you’re going on holiday or have planned time off, please give at least one week’s notice. we’ll carry the session forward within the same month where possible. If we can’t reschedule due to our availability but you’re otherwise flexible, we’ll credit the session to the following month.
Standard Cancellations
For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full. For cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do my best to reschedule within the same month. If we can’t fit you in because of my schedule, we’ll credit the session to the following month.
If you’re paying for group classes by monthly standing order, your payment reserves your place for that month’s classes.
Missed Classes
If you miss a class for any reason—including illness, holidays, or other commitments—unfortunately, we can’t carry the class forward or provide a refund. This helps keep class sizes manageable and ensures fairness for everyone.
Illness
If you’re unwell, please let us know as soon as possible. While we can’t carry missed classes forward, your space will remain reserved for you to return when you’re feeling well again.
Holidays & Planned Absences
If you’re going away on holiday, please give us as much notice as possible. Unfortunately, missed classes due to holiday can’t be carried forward or refunded.
Standing Orders
Standing orders are an ongoing monthly commitment that reserves your place in the classes. If you wish to stop your standing order, please provide at least one month’s notice in writing. This allows us to plan class capacity effectively and offer the space to another participant. Standing orders cannot be cancelled retrospectively or stopped without notice.
We are committed to being as supportive and flexible as possible within these guidelines. Please communicate any changes to your schedule or membership in advance so we can help you stay on track.
