With 30+ years in martial arts, including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA, and BJJ, Syed spent over 15 years fighting and coaching at Storm Gym UK under Coach Amir Subasic. His hard, intense, and results-driven training helps students build confidence, strength, and real skills.

I’ve been having one to one classes with Syed for the last month and they have been brilliant. I wanted to try something new, not just for fitness but also to learn the techniques properly and have some fun!
Syed has been patient, really clear with instructions and goes over the techniques and moves whenever needed. He also includes a great warm up and cool down (well, an abs finisher!) Thoroughly recommend!

I started 2 weeks ago on the 29th and I have been having an experience that I can't describe other than amazing. The coach is friendly and approachable and will push you beyond your limits and the other people who come are nice and helping me get to the level they are at.
Could not recommend this experience any more. First session was free and that session made me sign up on the spot.

Muay Thai is a great way to improve your fitness level, build strength and endurance, and learn self-defense skills.
No, Tiger Fight Academy welcomes students of all levels, from beginners to experienced fighters.
We can lend you any necessary equipment for your first few sessions to help you get started. If you decide to continue, we recommend getting your own gear for hygiene reasons.
Wear what’s comfortable! Most men opt for shorts and a t-shirt, while women often wear leggings or shorts. Thai boxing and kickboxing classes are done barefoot.
Not at all! Sparring and competing are optional. Many people join for fitness or fun, and alternatives can be arranged if you prefer not to spar. However, if you aim to compete, sparring and contact training are essential.
Absolutely! Everyone has to start somewhere. All our classes are mixed ability, and beginners are always welcome.
